Me against myself

Through the rush of life we tend to forget perhaps temporarily what its all been like for us... hours, minutes, days, months and years pass us by and we don't even notice how much everything has changed. By everything i mean our life, the people around us and more importantly us.. what we think like what we identify with and therefore how we choose to belong to our life and the people in it. Its complicated isn't it?? i mean how are we to do all the things that life requires us to do AND keep track of the changes that come with the various choices we make everyday? It is too much to ask for from simple humans like us and perhaps that is why we get one special moment once a year, the 31st of December .. to realise and reflect on what has happened and to understand that it is all in our past now and that there is a tomorrow out there, a tomorrow that can be completely different from our today. I believe that every journey in life comes with a lesson along with it and that lesson helps us grow as individuals, we all make mistakes in out life’s and often dealing with those mistakes and their consequences is the challenge because we can usually find a 1000 reasons to quit and too often not the one right reason to stay and keep trying. We all go through a significant journey in our lives each day teaches us something new and each day if choose to take the risk we learn and grow. Just like the chapters in a book that is being read life unfolds one page, one chapter at a time until we have finished our book and understood a story. Only difference is at the end of our journey we end up growing as human beings in our thoughts and understanding of life through experiences to look back upon as chapters in our stories. OK i know its almost been a year and that's a long time, which is why i feel this blog is going to be s special one, special because it will be a little different, a way that who ever reading this gets at least a fair idea of how my time has been. Allot has happened in my life in the past months and it has changed me as a person...or so id like to believe. Iv been hurt, selfish and strong and iv seen myself go through it all.
